More information about subscribing can be found in the FAQ section – which is also part of our Terms and Conditions. 4skillz.com offers online English courses at competitive prices. We also provide an ideal video aggregator for practice and for those who want an introduction to the language or to update their skills. All are subject to change at any time without prior approval. Suppose any service or offer is discontinued in the middle of a subscription. In that case, we will issue a full, non-punitive refund for any remaining period, whether in the middle of a month or during an annual subscription. Before accessing the courses, we give you a free placement assessment. You can opt out of the Placement Assessment by emailing info@4skillz.com; we highly recommend you access the Placement Assessment to ensure a smooth experience. Please note that we limit your courses at your proficiency level and the ones listed above for fundamental reasons: To give you the best opportunity to learn the language. Provide the best experience for your classmates. You can always request a change in your level by sending us an email at info@4skillz.com, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 23: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions and privacy policy at any time we choose without reservations, or consent, or notify our users in advance or later. SECTION 24: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION BETWEEN THE INSTITUTION AND THE STUDENT
First-Time Registration or Renewal:
- Full payment of registration fees is required at the time of registering for a special price offer.
- Partial payments should be settled within 48 hours to avoid deletion from the special price offer.
- The institution is responsible for assigning a teacher, in addition to periodically implementing curriculum development, via specialized teams, to achieve maximum benefit for the learner in his/her journey of acquiring English.
Attendance:
- A level consists of a total number of 8 sessions.
- Only 2 instances of absenteeism are allowed during the level due to unavoidable circumstances. However, the missed classes shall not be compensated and an oral test will be conducted at the end of the level. In the event of being absent 3 times or more, the learner will be required to repeat the level at their own expense. The educational institution may not be able to provide the same days and/or times of the course, however, the available time slots will be offered for your convenience.
- In the event of attending all 8 sessions, yet not passing the end of the level test, you will be eligible to repeat the level free of charge.
- learners are allowed to enter class up to 30 minutes late, after that, they will be counted absent; however, they can attend the class.
Refund Policy:
- The student is entitled to a full refund of his reservation payment if he declines to attend the course within 14 days.
- The 14 days start to be calculated after paying any deposit of the course price.
- Once the course has started, the amount paid will not be refunded even if the student does not exceed 14 days.
- The learner’s result is based on the online test and the teacher’s evaluation at the new level. In the event of not performing the test in the allotted time, an alternative time slot will be offered to perform the test.
- In the event of having one instance of absenteeism, and failure occurring at the end of the level test, the learner will be required to repeat the level at their own expense. The available classes’ times will be offered.
Test:
- Learners are eligible for refunds within 7 working days of booking a place in the course.
Postponing:
- To postpone the English course the student should inform 4skillZ admins before it starts within four days at least.
- If the student informed the admins before the course starts within three days or less, his Request will not be accepted automatically.
- Once the batch starts, the learner will be ineligible to postpone the course even if they have not attended any classes. Previous regulations apply in this case; hence, the learner would be charged for one level.
- It is permissible to postpone the course only once under the special prices offer.
- In the event of postponing for more than 2 months, an oral test is conducted to ensure the learner’s level of language proficiency.
- In the event of absenteeism from classes without calling in and not responding/turning off one’s phone, the learner will be charged for one level.
Section 25 – Indirect Learning
4skillz.com’s indirect learning option with pre-recorded classes allows students to learn at their own pace within a set period to complete these classes. Purchasing any packages in this option is not subject to refund or cancellation.

- Business partners, such as local sales agents promote the sales of our services in your country of residence.
- Claims handlers who receive information about your insurance claims in case of an insurance situation.
- From other sources. We may receive your Personal Data from other sources, such as public databases; joint marketing partners such as marketing agencies or providers of software and services for digital marketing automation and analytics; social media platforms, including but not limited to; Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Musically, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and messenger services such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger; from people with whom you are friends or otherwise connected with on social media platforms, as well as from other third parties. How long do we store personal data?

Refund policy:
If you cancel the course booking within 14 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the course without giving any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid.
Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date of the Order Confirmation.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the course commences during the 14-day cancellation period) and/or if you access the course materials via our online course spaces (i.e. via our virtual learning environment), no refund will be payable.
A complete no-show results in the loss of class.
Cancellation by 4Level1 LTD
We do every effort to avoid changing our schedules or canceling any course. If for any reason we cancel a course, all course fees will be returned in full.
4SkillZ Contract
First Time Registration or Renewal:
- Full payment of registration fees is required at the time of registering to a special price offer.
- Partial payments should be settled within 48 hours to avoid deletion from the special price offer.
- The institution is responsible for assigning a teacher, in addition to periodically implementing curriculum development, via specialized teams, to achieve maximum benefit for the learner in his/her journey of acquiring English.
Attendance:
- A level consists of a total number of 8 sessions.
- Only 2 instances of absenteeism are allowed during the level due to unavoidable circumstances. However, the missed classes shall not be compensated and an oral test will be conducted at the end of the level. In the event of being absent 3 times or more, the learner will be required to repeat the level at their own expenses. The educational institution may not be able to provide the same days and/or times of the course, however, the available time slots will be offered for your convenience.
- In the event of attending all 8 sessions, yet not passing the end of the level test, you will be eligible to repeating the level free of charge.
- learners are allowed to enter class up to 30 minutes late, after that, they will be counted absent; however, they can attend the class.
Refund Policy:
- The student is entitled to a full refund of his reservation payment if he declines to attend the course within 14 days.
- The learner’s result is based on the online test and the teacher’s evaluation in the new level. In the event of not performing the test in the allotted time, an alternative time slot will be offered to perform the test.
- In the event of having one instance of absenteeism, and failure occurs at the end of level test, the learner will be required to repeat the level at their own expenses. The available classes’ times will be offered.
Test:
- Learners are eligible for refunds within 7 working days from booking a place in the course.
Postponing:
- To postpone the English course the student should inform 4SkillZ admins before it starts within four days at least.
- Once the batch starts, the learner will be ineligible to postponing the course even if they have not attended any classes. Previous regulations apply in this case; hence, the learner would be charged for one level.
- It is permissible to postpone the course only once under the special prices offer.
- In the event of postponing for more than 2 months, an oral test is conducted to ensure the learner’s level of language proficiency.
- In the event of absenteeism from classes without calling in and not responding/turning off one’s phone, the learner will be charged for one level.
